  1. Open Stripe Portal
  2. Go to Update Plan
  3. Select the higher tier
  4. Confirm change
Example:
  • You’re on Starter ($27/month, 50 credits)
  • You upgrade to Pro ($97/month, 350 credits) on the 15th
  • Immediate: You now have 350 credits available
  • Next billing (1st of next month): You’re charged $97 for Pro
How it works:
  • Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Keep access to current plan until your next billing date
  • Credits adjust when downgrade takes effect
Steps:
  1. Open Stripe Portal
  2. Go to Update Plan
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. Confirm change (you’ll see when it takes effect)
Example:
  • You’re on Pro ($97/month, 350 credits)

  • Next billing (1st of next month): Downgrade takes effect, charged $27, credits reset to 50

  3. Select the annual option
  4. Pay the annual fee upfront
Example:

  • Annual Pro: $970/year (save $194)
You cannot switch from annual back to monthly until your annual term expires.

Cancel Your Subscription

Stop automatic renewal but keep your account.
Cancelling does NOT delete your account. Your account remains, but your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.

  • After that, you lose subscription features (AI Agents, product creation)
  • Your products remain live for students who already purchased
  • You can’t make new sales without an active subscription
Steps:
  1. Open Stripe Portal
  2. Go to Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Note your access end date
