Floa uses a credit-based system to manage platform usage. Think of credits as tokens that unlock AI operations across the platform.
Two types of credits:
  • Product Credits — Create complete digital products (courses, videos, customer journeys)
  • AI Message Credits — Power AI Agents for marketing, design, and content generation

How Product Credits Work

What Consumes a Product Credit?

A Product Credit is charged when you submit your initial prompt and Floa begins generating Offer Power Zones.Not charged for:
  • Editing product details (title, description, pricing)
  • Customization branding (logo, banner)
  • Previewing your product
  • Generating marketing assets with AI Agents (uses AI Message Credits instead)
Credit is deducted immediately after you submit your starting prompt. This prevents accidental multi-generation attempts.

Regeneration & Refinement

Current Status: Regeneration is not yet available.If your product generation:
  • Fails or times out -> Contact support for a credit refund
  • Produces extremely poor output -> Contact support for a credit refund
Coming Soon: Ability to regenerate specific modules or sections without consuming a full Product Credit.

Starting Over

If you back out mid-generation and start a new product, a new Product Credit will be charged when you submit the new prompt.

How AI Message Credits Work

What Consumes AI Message Credits

AI Message Credits power Floa’s AI Agents for tasks like:
  • Generating logos and banners
  • Creating marketing strategies
  • Writing social media content
  • Designing ad copy and creatives
  • Building email sequences
Each “message” to an AI Agent = 1 credit consumed.
Example: Asking for “Create a logo for my product” = 1 credit. If you then say “Make it more minimalist” = 1 additional credit.

Typical Credit Usage

  • 10-15 agent interactions
  • Good for: Basic branding + 1-2 marketing assets
  • 70-100 agent interactions
  • Good for: Full branding suite + comprehensive marketing campaign
  • 200-250 agent interactions
  • Good for: Multiple products, A/B testing, full agency workflows

View your remaining credits anytime in:
  • Dashboard — Real-time credit counter
  • Sidebar Footer — Real-time credit counter

Credit Renewal & Carryover

Credits renew on your subscription renewal date — the same day each month you subscribed or upgraded.Example:
  • Subscribed on January 15 -> Credits renew on the 15th of every month
  • Upgraded mid-cycle on January 22 -> New renewal date is the 22nd
No. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.Why? This keeps pricing fair and prevents credit hoarding. Use them or lose them each month.
Pro tip: If you’re close to renewal with leftover credits, use them to generate marketing assets or test new product ideas.
Product Credits:
  • You’ll be prompted to upgrade your plan
  • Or wait until your next renewal date
AI Message Credits:
  • Agent features become unavailable until renewal
  • You can purchase one-time credit top-ups (coming soon)
Need more credits now? Upgrade to a higher tier and your credits reset immediately.
When downgrading:
  • Current credits remain active until your next renewal date
  • New (lower) credit allocation starts at renewal
  • No refunds for unused credits from the higher tier
Example: You’re on Pro (350 AI Credits) and downgrade to Starter. You keep your 350 credits until renewal, then drop to 50/month.

What You Can Do With Your Outputs

You own everything Floa generates for you. Here’s what that means:

Full Commercial Rights

Sell your products, courses, and content for profit without restrictions or royalties to Floa

Complete IP Ownership

You own 100% of the intellectual property. No shared rights, no licensing fees

Modification Freedom

Edit, rebrand, remix, or combine outputs however you want. They’re yours

Unlimited Distribution

Sell directly in Floa’s marketplace.

Fair Use Guidelines

While you own your outputs, please use Floa responsibly:

Encouraged Uses

  • Building and selling legitimate digital products
  • Creating educational content and training materials
  • Packaging your expertise into courses
  • Agency work for clients (commercial license included)

Prohibited Uses

  • Creating scams, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick schemes
  • Generating medical/legal advice without proper credentials
  • Selling Floa outputs as “white-label templates” for others to rebrand
  • Malicious content (hate speech, harassment, misinformation)
Violations may result in account suspension. We’re here to empower legitimate entrepreneurs, not enable bad actors.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Each subscription is for individual use only. Account sharing violates our terms.Team plans with shared credits and collaboration features are coming soon.
If a product generation fails due to a technical issue:
  1. Contact support for a credit refund
  2. You’ll receive an error notification
  3. You can retry immediately
If generations repeatedly fail, contact support — we’ll investigate and ensure you’re not losing credits.
No. When you cancel or pause:
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle
  • Credits expire at the end of that cycle
  • You’ll need to use them before cancellation takes effect
No. Credits are part of your monthly subscription allocation and do not convert to refunds.Think of it like a gym membership — you pay for access, not per-use.
Coming soon! One-time credit top-ups will be available for users who need a temporary boost without upgrading permanently.For now, upgrading to the next tier is the only way to increase your monthly allocation.
