No. Floa is completely no-code. If you can type a sentence and click buttons, you can build a product.You don’t need:
  • Coding or web development skills
  • Video editing experience
  • Design or graphics expertise
  • Marketing knowledge (we generate that for you)
Perfect! Floa is built for first-time creators.The platform guides you through:

“60 minutes” means: Your product is built, branded, and ready to sell. It does NOT mean you’ll make your first sale in 60 minutes (that depends on your marketing).

All payments are processed through Stripe.Accepted methods:

Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalties.How it works:
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • You keep access to all features and credits until renewal date
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation
  • You can reactivate anytime
Cancel from Account Settings -> Billing -> Cancel Subscription
No refunds on subscription fees.Exception: If product generation produces extremely poor output due to a technical issue, contact support for a Product Credit refund (not a monetary refund).
Start with the Starter plan ($27/month) to test the platform risk-free. Cancel before your next billing cycle if it’s not for you.
Upgrading:
  • Takes effect immediately
  • Your credits reset to the new tier allocation right away
  • A new billing cycle starts from the upgrade date
  • You’re charged the new plan price immediately
Downgrading:
  • Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You keep your current tier’s credits until renewal
  • New (lower) credits start after renewal
  • No prorated refunds
Example: You’re on Pro (350 AI credits). You downgrade to Starter on Jan 15. You keep 350 credits until your Feb 15 renewal, then drop to 50 credits/month.

  • Subscribe to a plan (first payment)
  • Upgrade to a higher tier (immediate charge)
  • Renew your subscription (monthly recurring)

Product Credits:

AI Message Credits:
  • Power AI Agents for marketing, design, and content generation
  • Each agent interaction = 1 credit
  • Starter: 50/month, Pro: 350/month, Scale: 1,000/month

No. Unused credits do not carry over.Credits reset on your billing cycle date. Use them or lose them each month.
Near renewal with leftover credits? Use them to generate marketing assets, test new product ideas, or create bonus content.

  • Deducted per interaction with AI Agents
  • Each message sent = 1 credit consumed

Product Creation

If generation fails or times out:
  • Contact support to get your product credit refunded
  • Retry immediately
If output quality is poor:
  • Contact support with details
  • We’ll review and issue a credit refund if it’s a technical issue
No refunds for: Subjective preferences, changing your mind, or unclear prompts. Use our prompt writing guide for best results.
Limited editing available:You CAN edit:
  • Product title and description
  • Pricing
  • Logo and banner images
  • Sales page copy
You CANNOT edit (yet):
  • Video content or lessons
  • Customer journey structure
  • Scripts or slides

No watermarks. Your products are fully white-label.However (for v1):
  • Your sales page is hosted on Floa’s marketplace

Slower connections may take longer to upload custom assets, but won’t affect AI generation speed.
Standard limits apply for logo and banner uploads (typically 5-10 MB).For most users, this is more than enough for high-quality images.
